A critical armada crew is Picard, Beverly, [fill in the blank]. Beverly gives you mitigation and Picard's officer ability gives a little boost to critical damage. But the ringer is Picard improving that side car officer combat ability by 120%. So whether you are trying to get burning, hull breach, critical hits, piercing, isolytic damage, or whatever... Picard more than doubles the effectiveness of that ability. This is especially important for lower level players since Picard can turn a mediocre officer into a beast with the ability boost.
I never really use KSK, Armadas are Sisko, O'Brien, Founder; 5,6, Kahn; Chakotay, BLT, Paris; or Riker, Bev, Picard. I swap Founder for Bashir if in Solos but the crews are in order of effectiveness for me with Riker, Troi, LaForge being a replacement option for FKR Armadas
I can’t answer for others but I have a full time job and still trying to upgrade my RAM to see if my current machine can stream. Hoping to do it more once my channel grows a bit more. Hopefully some more of the CC’s will be streaming later today.
