This was my favourite movie until it was removed in December 2022.
This is what I love about Reuben.
He stays together to the group and listens to Jesse's orders and helpful until he dies, it's the best thing about the entire story.
I absolutely loved this movie when I was around 10 which was 3 years ago, and I can't watch it on Netflix today since it's removed.
Thanks to this guy for recording all the episodes and it's so helpful. I've been looking for this everywhere on Netflix and didn't seem to find it anywhere. Then I researched and researched and realized that it was removed on December 2022. It was really sad to hear but thanks to this guy for recording all the episodes, good day.

2:02:08 The coolest thing about episode 2 (the Netflix version) is that the wither storm appears while the group is walking through the forest.
Context: in the original game the wither storm appears, while your in a combat sequence and it’s just in the background, and nobody says anything about it, because it was a glitch.
Yeah in the main game it was there for like 3 camera shots in a t-pose state
it also appears if you choose to sleep in the og game
I'm pretty sure this is if you choose the option to sleep. The only difference is that they immediately run and don't fight the mobs, and the fact that Action Suspense plays and not the basic night music.
The size of it looks more realistic as well in episode 4
it's because in the OG game, the Wither Storm was supposed to appear only if the gang rested before going to Ivor

3:09:47 I have such a eerie vibe when I see this, it makes it look like Jesse thinks he’s gonna die and he just accepts it, this never happens in the game. The music change makes it weirder too
They should’ve put it in the game. It would make the scene better.
And the screen fades to black a bit which adds to that

the netflix version is like a remaster with better graphics, lighting, and smoother movements. we also get to see some unseen scenes
The Netflix version of Episode 4 was going to be completely different with Rueben actually surviving and they were going to do little tweaks to the rest of the episodes to fit the change, though that fell through when Telltale went bankrupt

I like that they provide voice acting for the Jesses in this version! I think that would've been cool to have in the og versions.

Man a long time ago I use to watch this ALOT now I haven't watched it for a long time
it'd be kinda useless. netflix version is more of a choose-your-own-adventure rather than an actual game, so they took out the game elements.

Minecraft: Story Mode was a great series! Although, it was upsetting to hear that Telltale was shut down. 😔😔😔

I definitely like the Netflix one WAAAAAAYYYYY better because the smoothing and textures look absolutely incredible and thankfully the tutorial and Petra yelling “PLACES EVERYONE!!!” feels like a show set. Also it’s kind of actually giving me an idea for a comedy tv series of MCSM. But hard to explain which between the square-block and realistic one. In a fantasy action and adventure and a comedy.
You’d prefer the game og version a little better

Okok when my siblings introduced me to this game we were “playing” it on Netflix on the tv in my sister’s room. But something was wrong with it because it wouldn’t let us pick anything lol. In the beginning when they’re like “choose which Jesse you want to be” it was like the remote was choosing for us, it just clicked through that whole section without even giving us a chance to do anything ourselves XD. The three of us were all shouting “STOP STOP STOP!!!” at the tv like they could hear us and it was hilarious

@@vaneflan if u play the real game, u can move around and choose a lot of decision but I got mcsm for free and it was so enjoyable.

Seems like some of the scenes were refined a bit in this version. Also the lighting appears to also look way better.

Reuben too but he died...the others...not so much...i really dont know why telltale just sidelined axel and olivia so much during the later half of season 1...like we only knew them from the first 4 episodes which is fine but having them be in more episodes will make them memorable and allow them to have some dveelopment...like petra, lukas and ivor got MAJOR development during episodes 5-8...meanwhile axel and olivia gor shafted...but we all know that Jesse is the true protagonist of mcsm while petra is the dueteragonist.

Mojang and Telltale declared that this was the last season of Minecraft: Story Mode.
Henceforth there will be no more seasons.

This netflix version honestly just makes minecraft story mode’s watch experience for the non playable scenes infinitely better. The graphics are so much better and the scenes themselves are enhanced and some extra scenes are added like when Jesse crafts the formida bomb and straight up accepts death by closing his eyes. The screen getting blacker and the music getting eerie adds to the heaviness or that moment it’s so much better. Although the main disadvantage is the obvious fact that the gameplay elements are gone which eliminates alot of story development.

I Rember playing this with my friends, in 3rd grade, we loved watching the show. We event started writing a book inspired by this😭 so mamy good memories.

funny how all the citizens and animals and mobs are sucked in super fast but when a main character is in tractor beam they get sucked is really slow
