For those who have a costco membership, they sell a 3.6 kg container of it for around $12-13 Canadian, so likely cheaper in the US which makes that brand much more affordable.

Eggs are a lot of bang for your buck. I will often skip the fuss of deviled eggs and instead spread on a little dijon and a sprinkle of bagel seasoning and I kind of like them better that way now. I ordered some new monk fruit sweetner from Lakanto that is cut with allulose instead of erythritol and when it arrives I will be snacking on chocolate hummus and apples!

I like the the yoplait protein yogurt. One point, they go on sale at Vons for 39 cents each I buy 10.
