In my lifetime, there has been 3 female country performers that have captured this thing called life and put it to music so beautifully. Those three are Patsy Cline, Loretta Lynn and Patty Loveless. My three queens of country music.

With a Mac turntable and a moving coil cartridge of Talisman quality. Only 3 or 4 women sound good on them. Patsy Cline, Anita Carter, Patty Loveless and Emmylou Harris. Now you can toss in whomever. Lorrie Morgan, Loretta Lynn, Wanda Jackson, then Krauss etc.

Damn, she still has a fantastic voice. I don't know what year this performance is, but the modern-day female singers could learn a thing or 2 from her. There's nothing wrong with going back in time. I also enjoyed Ray Price's version from the 70's. To all of the others who posted and recognize her talent as well, I can't thank you enough.
