This is actually how most of us Coloradans act and behave. And I know he isn’t from here, but he exemplifies who we are here in Colorado. We’re just laid back folks who respect one another. Of course you have some odd balls out there but for the most part, that’s who we are.
Just real quick. I went to Seattle a couple of years back, and I went into Ross with my wife. Walking up to the door, it’s customary to hold the door for others walking in in Colorado and I’m sure other places. I opened the door for a couple of people and not one of them said thank you. Kinda disrespectful. People show appreciation for that here in Denver and Colorado in general.

Seeing Jokic’ family cry when they won tells me everything. No matter how Jokic speaks about basketball, he dedicates so much effort to get where he is now. And while he’s quiet stoic, his family expresses most of his emotions for him, even seeing one of his brothers cry was awesome.
Jokić loves basketball, but not the other things that come with it, unlike traditional stars who dont love basketball like he does, but instead the other things that come with it. Thats a big difference! Jokić doesnt hate bball, u cant hate something and then be a champ at it, use your commom sense.
