When I cut out the face with the ellipse tool, it just copies over in a square shape and is zoomed in. What am I doing wrong?

used my first face texture on my character and it works so well

As soon as I paste it the photo zooms in why is that happened it didn’t do it the first time I tried it

Thank you for this tutorial I may add that it is easier creating someone this way whether then if you want to use your own face and try taking a selfie for me it was harder to do

I don't add mine seperately, I usually find a makeup look I like and put it on the face texture

I haven't tried that but I'm sure you can use phone apps like Picsart to try and get the same effect.
