For me, like for DMC fan, it was really cool to hear Devils Never Cry from DMC3 and see meme with Dante from DMC4. When I only started to play BlazBlue from BB:CT (first game of franchise) Ragna and Jin for me was associated with Dante and Vergil. Waiting for the Jin.exe now ❄️
To be fair, all blazblue chars have 3d models. It's easier for animation team to make 2d sprites. So i guess it can be the hand of this 3d model of Ragna

Don't play against ragna mains. The matchup is not in your favor. Terumi has stubby small normals which is not good against ragna because he has long safe buttons. Tbh terumi's small normals is one of the few reasons why he's low tier. He's still my main but winning in bbcf playing terumi is a chore.
