Thanks for all the Daytona vids ! Has been some great info ! ....... But my ftr 1200 is not in no competition with the Harley sportster haha... I'll wheelie circles around any sportster haha . The sportster is a moped compared to my ftr . And when u take the cat off and stock pipe off and hit it with a tune they f'in rumble . We're is the ftr test ride vide ?
Dealerships look beautiful. I’m sure customer service is on point too. Bikes are heading in the right direction. But too much plastic and OEM paint needs to come up another level.
The one thing that swayed me away from a new Indian, was my home state only has two Indian dealerships and they are both over an hour and a half away from me.

My wife and I own two Indians...and those prices are highway robbery! Get off the Daytona coast, and you can pick them up for $10k less!!! I mean, you can pick up a Scout Bobber (MUCH better comparison to the Fat Bob) for $11k (compared to Laidlaw's price on their Fat Bob of $20k)...Indian sales are really growing, with Harley answering the challenge with their new Pre-Owned program...a way to charge 'new' prices on old bikes with in-house financing.
This place is not the old Joe Robinson Harley shop. It is the old Bruce rossmeyer harley Daytona shop. The old Joe Robinson Harley shop is still an existence on International Speedway boulevard/92

Simple math, Victory wasn't making $. Don't get me wrong, I always wanted a Victory since the '90s, and was so sad to see them go! I have a RoadKing now. I really dig what Indian has done with the new FTR and the Chief models! And if $ were no issue, I'd have those two bikes and a Challenger in my garah-hey =)
I like the Victories ✌and the alloy frames Polaris are using 👌

Town shut the whole other side down...after the insurance guys complained. Its a shame...that is why Rossmeyer moved up to Destination Daytona. He got tired of the crap going on down town.....

@@KaplanCycles yep..used to ride my bike down from Ky and talked with Rossmeyer often.
I couldn't believe how many leftover 2020 bikes they had under that tent. ALL were unsold and the prices sure didn't reflect that. I was totally shocked...

Same with our 2 dealers here in VA, same inventory since last year. Indians dont sell.
@@Imachowderhead tough times all around. To be honest with you the price points for both HD & Indian is through the roof. They both are asking WAY too much money for their bikes. These bikes are only for the rich...
@@kennethwise7108 True, I bought an 03 Vulcan 1600 new for 10k, still have it to this day. Got a 2014 Road King last year for 9500.00 Its silly to buy them new. Asian bikes have a lot more for so much less.
Daytona/Ocala Indian. Great place to buy a bike if you want to get ripped off.

Great Video, brother. Indians seem to be more mechanically reliable than Harleys. That's a damn shame, because Harleys are damn expensive.
