Never heard of this band, thanks for bringing this to our attention. They sounded great. Such great music coming out of Japan recently. Thanks guys.... as always... Love from Amsterdam.
Man, I heard everything from Maiden to Pink Floyd in this one... Am I wrong? The more I listen, the more I hear iconic sounds blended in. The opening guitar has a distinctive Iron Maiden tone, and so on and so on... I love this more each time. And her vocals... So puts me in the mind of the softer side of Tatiana from Jinjer.
@@PositiveCrunch You're right, you can clearly hear the bands that have influenced these ladies in their sound. I'll certainly check out more of them... David.
Too bad, they were in Amsterdam not long ago! I saw them in Brussels a month ago during their Euro tour, and it was so great to watch live music again.
@@realdocloco While I try to see as many gigs as possible some do slip me by, It's certainly a shame I missed them when they played here. Glad to hear you got to see this very talented band live... love from Amsterdam.
It's unreal what Japan is offering up... Just wow. Seems like everyday, Here's a new band, Oh... They are great. Here's another new band, Shit!! They are great too... I think Japan has figured out the magic formula. LOL
Bridear has been around for nearly 10 years now. This line up has been together a little over two years. Kimi (Vo) and Haru (Ba) are founding members. Natsumi, awesomeness on drums came from Telecide after they broke up. Ayumi and Masaki are on guitars and really coming into their own with the release of the last two albums. They just got back from a short tour of the EU and UK and have few concerts to go in Japan before the end of the year. They have a bunch of great videos. Their live stuff, unfortunately isn't the best audio wise. They are adding more and more English to their lyrics as they have signed with a UK based label. This song is one of their best yet.

These ladies have an old school sound. Love the snarly guitars . Funny thing is, one of my fave channels is by Nami. She is an office worker in a large Japanese city. She has a tiny bachelor that she has turned into her palace. She turns out gourmet meals from a kitchen the size of a postage stamp. She is fanatical about her clothing. I guess her kitchen and clothes closet are her guitars. I think centuries of oppression have created a real crucible of power in Japan's women folk. We better duck!
Welcome back!! Hope you are feeling much better. Yes, Japan is a powerhouse of Female Rockers exploding into the stratosphere. This song has alot of cool callback vibes from the Opening guitars, to the ending notes. I swear I heard everything from Maiden to Pink Floyd in this song. Can not wait to dive into this band more.
For more Bridear check out Light in the Dark. That was one of the early songs that turned me onto the scene overall. For another newer one I suggest Bloody Bride.
I ordered the "Bloody bride" album by Bridear after seeing this here today , Although you can buy digital downloads I still prefer vinyl records when I can get them.
Bridear remains criminally underrated, but they truly have to be included in any discussion of great Japanese metal. One of my favorites for years! 😍
I can see why they are a favorite. So darn good. Very thrilled to hear more
Have to agree with you, this is bad ass. No question

@@realdocloco I saw them in London and very impressive live in October 21. Also Metal Matsuri, but there were nine other bands on the bill.
This band with new member joining (guitar and drum) from couple years ago and I love their new sound. Thank you for the reaction!
They are nice to listen too just discovered them yesterday so smooth
They are awesome, guys. A new one for me as well. 🔥🤘🏻🔥🤘🏻🔥🤘🏻
