The Dash Bug is the WORST and only problem with BP. That, and his buff kicks in far too late. It should scale with his health bar excluding the bonus health.

Thanks to you I started learning Panther and I just got 23 kills with him in a match, which is more than I had with any other character. My only and biggest problems when playing Panther rn though are: •When I try to go for the backline like Mantis for example, suddenly a Adam Warlock appears behind her and they heal each other until Mantis puts me to sleep and my damage is never enough to kill atleast one of them •Most of the times when I go into a larger amount of enemies, I am completely left alone by my team and no one‘s there to heal me(even when I manage to flee) •Actually seeing if someone has a mark or not in faster than a millisecond, since I don’t wanna waste my dash + turning around in speed of light(I am fast but not as fast as Necros or Somjuu) •when I would hit a enemy with my dash but get stuck on a inanimate object and thus lose it and get sniped •When the sound for a dash reset appears but I don’t actually get the reset
I struggle with your first point a lot, but for me, positioning and timing is key whenever I am diving to take out supps. - It's a lot harder to notice a panther when you start a dive completely out of their view. Idk if you've played supp against a good panther, but often times you get wiped without knowing what killed you. - I also try to remember what the health pools are for supports, because often times i'll double spear double dash a mantis and she'll still live with 50 hp left which gives her enough time to refocus me, cc and kill me. - If the enemy has supps you can one shot, i advise focusing them first, disengaging, and going again at the other supp because now, nobody can heal them. - Another huge thing that actually helped me was abusing the 3rd person perspective, walking up behind a supp and left clicking them 2 times before I do a full combo, because at that point you have more than enough damage to wipe them. Regarding your other points - The higher you rank up, the more communication becomes essential. A good panther will often coordinate his dives as the team is applying pressure, or let the team know when to engage. That way you divert the attention of the enemy team, and can focus on the supps without worrying about the enemies turning around. (also, don't expect to get heals while you're fighting as a panther. it is impossible as a healer because you are so mobile. Retreat and get back to your team for heals) - Becoming insanely fast at panther like necros or somjuu just takes a ton of time on the hero. Dont sweat it. It's much more safer to take your time aiming your dashes so you can get a proper reset and not die. - Dashing into an inanimate object is just your luck (maybe aim higher so you dont get caught dashing into a ledge) , and a failed dash reset is a bug.
@ad-mr1oo you are more than 1000% right about the positioning and i would say it was the hardest thing for me to master. What I mean though is that I see a Mantis standing alone and so I dash into her from above, but from some reason she is still alive after full combo, until I suddenly saw a Adam Warlock, who wasn’t there before, healing her back up, rendering all my damage useless. Everytime i look at the end game table, I see my teammates with 28 kills and I almost dealt more damage than them, but it’s no use !_!
@crackedblack1410 Haha, I get you. Things like that happen to panthers all the time. Mantis and Luna both have 250 hp, so your most common combo (double spear double dash) wont be enough to kill them. Personally, what helps me with this problem is either target priority, or actually utilizing my last dash on the 50 hp mantis to finish her off. You can either look for the adam warlock first and one shot him before you fight mantis, or double spear triple dash the mantis as a full combo to eliminate her. I find it hard to finish off 250 hp characters with my E because it has a slow startup and mantis can sleep you mid animation. so, while you secured a kill on mantis, your E becomes your only escape tool (because you dashed the unmarked 50 hp mantis) but its a small price to pay as opposed to giving mantis enough time to refocus you. Although, if you are confident in your skills as bp, its much more viable to just weave left clicks in between your dashes to secure a kill on a 250 hp character, but that takes practice to do in game. Hope that helps a bit !

I also use the „Whirl“/E ability mostly as an escape option or sometimes even as a finisher. I‘ve also improved in ghost dashing, although I am nowhere near people like Necros. And once again, thanks for all the help!!

I feel like there's some unspoken limit or cool down on refreshes with his dash because of how it "works"
