Why install a $80 winch on a 10k machine!!! Polaris has several winch options that are designed for that machine. You connect positive & negative to battery and plug relay into pre-existing plug installed by factory for Polaris winch & plug on handlebar for winch switch. 5 mins to install start to finish and neater, adds more value and reliability.
Hey man i see you were having a little trouble placing the winch on too the bike and it looks a little snug im having the same problem with mine seems like theres not enough space is there anything else you did?
Yeah, when I was first trying to put it on I noticed it wouldn't fit unless I put the winch on the mounting plate upside down. After I re-installed it on the plate I could get the whole thing in easily by going in at an angle and pulling it back right to line it up with the bolt holes. I took it out of the video because I thought I just put it on wrong to begin with lol
How is someone supposed to use this as a reference when everything is so dark and moving around
And camera position is terrible 🤦🏾♂️
Great video.
I’m at the part in hooking the red power cable to an ignition wire. Did you find where it is? I’m trying to find it. Thanks
Did you ever find it
Do you think it would be the same for a 2016 850 highlifter?
Did you ever find a good ignition wire?
