I didn’t get this ?? What’s so special or different about misrule by Maharajas in Indian subcontinent states?? It happened everywhere in all the states.. but they got amalgamated with India and see now they are reaping the dividends of democracy... so in Indian side of Kashmir, it is flourishing and ruled by democratic set up as in rest of India...

That's a biased opinion. Why does India talks about its occupation by Britishers all the time but you have a problem if Kashmiris talk about their occupation by dogras. It's even worse because the British occupation ended but the Dogra occupation didn't, they passed on kashmir to India without people's opinion just like the British had passed them down to Dogras.
And kashmir ain't ruled by democratic set ups but with military boots and British colonial laws. For half of its history Delhi has directly ruled it, and has removed it's CM's countless times. You don't want me to go on, do you?
