I Saved Money by Buying This WONDER WOMAN!!! Prime 1 Wonder Woman Rebirth Statue!

- I just got the Prime 1 Studio WONDER WOMAN Rebirth 1/3 statue! I've been looking for a 1:3 Wonder Woman to pair with the Prime 1 Batman Hush Batcave Edition and Hush Superman. I was going to get the Prime 1 Studio Jason Fabok Wonder Woman vs. Hydra but when this one went on sale at Sideshow, I cancelled my order and went with this one to save a few bucks and some space. Was it a good decision?

She's gorgeous. So, she's on 25% off sale at Sideshow, and I had almost $100 in reward points, so I bought her. This video convinced me to get her.
Same Here! I received her on Black Friday at a 25% discount from Sideshow and you're right, she's gorgeous!! I'm currently displaying her without a cape, but I may change my mind later on.

Can you give me any info on who made your custom cape for your sculpted cape version. I also have it and like yourself would like another option for display. That block and magnet is a great idea.

Everybody says the same thing with this piece. She looks much better without the cape. Why would you want to cover all that detail in the sculpt and back muscle detail. I personally went for the WW vs Hydra because of the dynamic pose but Rebirth definitely has the better portrait. I'm a pretty big WW fan so if I had the money and space I would get this one too but alas I will have to stick to my WW vs Hydra for now. You can't go wrong with either statue, just depends on your own taste and collection.

It’s hard preordering when ssc is doing these discounts. Do you risk or not risk preordering. If it gets sold out or not? I displayed mine without the cape.
I know what you mean. With high edition sizes and the state of the market at the moment, it doesn’t look like there is much advantage to pre-ordering statues from Sideshow. Almost everything I’ve purchased in the last year or two has gone on sale or been available on the secondary market for under retail. If the edition size is greater than 200, I will usually risk not pre-ordering and wait to see in hand photos or a sale.

Do I need this? No. Do I want it more than anything? Absolutely
Another beautiful statue But booty shorts don't work for me!🤷♂️
Nice statue overall but I had 3 major enough issues with it which kept me away from pulling the trigger --- (1) I wasn't a fan of the Frodo sword. WW is a warrior princess. Hobbits use swords that small. Not intimidating enough (2) The positioning of her legs are too close. Not enough of an action stance to them. Too dainty for WW and whatever battle she's in. (3) the marker-drawn hair above her tiara. Surely, P1 could have found a way around such a design faux-pas. I have not heard a single person ever say they prefer hair presented that way. Like I said, overall a nice statue, but in our collector universe, it pays to wait for the statue you want.
Lastly, these 25% off sales Sideshow have been offering lately -- are they hurting the hobby or helping it along? Speaking for myself, the last 3 statues I bought were on sale. I saved hundreds of dollars. Word is getting out, I think.
The sword is such a turn off. The other two points you made I could live with, but that sword looks ridiculous.
