Wizard of Oz Twister Projection

Projection I designed, animated, and rendered myself. This was part of a lighting design class. My teacher is the one in the rocking chair. Jacqueline Brown as Gulch/ Wicked Witch.
All objects created and animated by me in Maya and After Effects.
Music from 1989 London production of the Wizard of Oz.

That's really cool. I admire people with great animation skills. I wish you could get the windmill to spin. and even better have it slow in the beginning and as the tornado gets closer it spins faster and faster. but great job

tips to improve...
make the debris cloud make the tornado look a bit more natural...
dont have the faster tornado suddenly come out of nowhere...
make everything a bit mroe torn up and things like that.
overall tis good and i liked the inside and the greenscreen technique

Brandon Cost the witch inside the twister is the wicked witch of the West. Miss Gluch turns into the wwotw not the wicked witch of the East. Only Glinda the witch of the North doesn't have a role as a person in the Kansas scenes.

I honestly just worked in Maya animation and animated each object and put it together in After Effects. It's way too difficult to explain. If you search on here for tutorials on animating objects, it helps.
