@@nitowalsh8642 Yes, so if the "Reflect Ability Items" is set to "OFF" then items are NOT used. I've never touched that setting, but I still feel like there have been some games where the capsules I've had equipped have been in effect. Maybe its another small glitch with online play at times?

Yes they are! So make sure you buy a bunch and equip them onto your characters and mess around with how they feel!

Most ppl set to off it negates all effects of them
