So amazed and glad to see Bengali Cuisine in your channel. The color and the texture look so delicious. One small tip. When preparing gravy, always put onion first. When you fry the G&G paste + Spice blend, it tends to burn and turn sour. Also, when you fry the onion, it release water and softens. The texture of gravy will improve this way.

You make chicken qorma with curd and Tomato. Chicken curry can be made normally just like this. It doesnt have to have curd to make it curry. Thats chicken qorma. Chicken qorma can be considered one kind of curry as well. But its a more specific type of curry. And I dont care about the subscriber thing that you just brought up for no reason, nor am i trying to teach you anything. Im stating facts. Also cooking can vary from region to region as well.
Suggestion for next video: migas, a spanish bread-based dish typically served with fruit (orange or melon) or meat for meat lovers (such as morcilla or spanish chorizo). This dish is from Andalusia and every place around there has their official version. Really tasty. By the way, don't forget the garlic, we use lots and lots of garlics here and love them.
