the 2 tbsp of margarine she used is 204 calories the potato is 164 which so far is only 368 calories with the cheese its probably another 80 so in total that baked potato would be 448 calories which sounds like a pretty light meal to me.

Okay, 3 observations. 1st, she called that fettuccine a "romanoff". Pretty sure she meant stroganoff. 2nd, the crinkling of the microcrisp gives me some serious asmr when she takes it out of the microwave and opens the food.
