Looks like all the rest except the white plastic probably makes a huge difference. I have been looking to change to a multi flow bucket system like this. Maybe Poseidon is the one for me.

Submersible pumps generate heat. I'd go with Non-Submersible pumps to keep the nutrient solution as cool as possible and much cheaper than a Chiller.

Why do you need the extra two return lines? Won't the water return to the pump via the center return?
