With many decks playing with large hand size, I always keep blocker law/pudding on me.
Don't you have to play a card from hand when you bottom deck the sanji? You had a otama in hand im pretty sure.

It's not mandatory to play anything out with Law's ability
No you dont have to they are 2 different effect, the only things in common Is to make don -3.
