Watching this during one of my crazy uni weeks, with 4 assignments due in one week! Thankfully I looked at the assignment due dates to know when I would need to say no to working throughout the semester Swear by the outline too!
I want to know what classes you are taking, what’s the mean grade and what’s the standard deviation. First, let’s start with your major. Yale is probably at a mean of A- so I’m not especially impressed with a bunch of A’s at Yale. And please don’t tell me the secrets to getting A’s in economics. The key to getting A’s in economics is to fear the shame of getting below an A- in economics. And if you have to study to get an A in economics then you really have serious problems. Tell me that you earned the highest score on the final in physical chemistry and then I’ll be impressed. I’ve never been impressed by Yale undergrads and I’ve taught hundreds of them.
