Hello Keven, I confirm everything is flat at '' 0 '' without tone or loudness ,In Europe they are quite easy to find, I spent around 200 euro (shipped) for this couple , if you listen Advent / Ar, the Philips will never reach the bass power of Ar's or Advent , but also good , sound different ofc and deep , the midrange is Philips and the Horn Tweeter is the japanese Coral because the Philips began manufacturing tweeters at the end of 1969, the famous AD0160 / T4 and T8 - All components are in Alnico
@@assoaudio9100 European brands had a lot of quality but japanese ,made them all close doors they do know how to reproduce what in other continents is done best
try the philips f series from 1979 ,only they sound fantastic ,i have one amplifier conected to some sb-f3 from technics and the sound is clear and diferent from all other brands ,not in power but in quality of sound,marantz was bought by Philips so Philips hi-fi in the 80´s is in reality marantaz this till the 90´s at least
All components are in Alnico , the level control on his back , the 480 is bigger than the 496 ( 35 lt instead of 25 ) ,mounting the best mid dual cone ever made from Philips , basses are incredible deep , I've only a doubt if the Coral Horn Tweeter is better than the Philips AD 1060/T8 must be compared
