sadly this phenomenal trilogy is over :( I would like to see Christopher Nolan's version of Penguin, Riddler, Mr Freeze, Poison Ivy and Killer Croc :( :(
Actually we would never have seen mr. freeze, poison ivy, or killer croc because Christopher Nolan said he wanted his batman real and doesn't want anything out of the superpower side. But I still see what you mean, I hoped to see those characters later on.
The Penguin and the Riddler would be doable, obviously, but it would take some really creative ingenuity to adapt characters such as Mr. Freeze, Poison Ivy, Killer Croc, and Clayface. My thought on that was that it could have worked for a Batman Beyond shift into the future, where we see things such as advanced cryonics and genetic splicing. That would sort of move into a gritty sci fi genre, I think. Blade Runner esque. Terry never had very many good villains, anyway, so he could borrow some of Bruce's. And the financial situation of Wayne Enterprises at the end of TDKR kinda makes it ripe for a Derek Powers takeover. I don't know how much you know about Batman Beyond, but that was sort of the jumping off point.
Killer Croc could have been a man born with a rare disorder that makes him look sort of scaly and what not, meanwhile the guy simply is roided out by his own choice and extremely strong. Clayface could be some sort of master of disguise with maybe a touch of advanced science allowing him to imitate voices perfectly. Poison Ivy could have been an assassin that employs various plant poisons while Mr. Freeze could have been a cutting edge scientist/professor that goes rogue and is known for his "cold" demeanor. Just a few realistic but sort of unsatisfying ideas on how to fit these characters into the Nolanverse.

Me too, man! There's a few things I remember from it, like the flying bat we see when Bruce tells Nicole Kidman's character about his parent's death, Ed Nygma's freakout at Wayne Enterprises, Chris O'Donnell expecting to be taken seriously as a sidekick to Batman even though his costume is literally the least intimidating costume you could possibly wear to fight crime, and last, but not least, the first time on the silver screen that we saw Bat-nipples.
STILL SHOOK SINCE MY CHILDHOOD TO THIS DAY I LOVE THIS SERIES WITH ALL OF ME TILL NOW. IT IS A MASTERPIECE OF CINEMA. IT MARKED THE DAYS OF THE GOOD MOVIES. GUYS I'M CLENCHING SO HARD I'M HURTING MYSELF
The music performance in this movie is masterly. I enjoyed all the soundtrack composed by Zimmer and in colaboration with the movie design of Christopher Nolan wow!!!!.... they created a piece of art.
Batman: Great Batman Returns: Good Batman Forever: Meh Batman & Robin: Shit Batman Begins: Awesome The Dark Knight: Awesome The Dark Knight Rises: Awesome
Watched the Dark Knight Trilogy over the Summer for the first time. Honestly, it seems that every little detail was explored in theses films. These movies are epic!
Batman Begins: mmmmmm......yeah i like it The Dark Knight: Hoooly shit what the piece of ART, the best fucking movie of the decade The Dark Knight Rises: An epic ending of a masterpiece, Thank you Nolan and Bale
This trilogy along the Original Star Wars Trilogy, The Lord of the Rings Trilogy, the Toy Story Trilogy, the Terminator Trilogy and the Indiana Jones Trilogy are amazing and worth watching because their final chapters are not split into two parts and they all have great stories.
This is the best Batman series yet. Although, a new series is going to come out, stating that they will rival the Christian Bale trilogy. Batman is not, in my opinion, considered a superhero. He's human like everyone else, but he stood up for what was right. Even if the way he did it was dark. He didn't have any superpowers or anything. He just used his imagination and resources and put them to good use. I would say, if he is classified as a superhero, that he is my most favorite. Including Captain America. Maybe even Iron Man, maybe. The reason why Batman is my favorite is because he's the most realistic of all the superheros. It's possible for someone to become Batman, but Superman? That's just imagination at play. Iron Man could be possible, but with more advanced technology, technology that I believe we haven't opened yet. Captain America? I don't know. He is one of my favorites, but injecting stuff into a human body to make him a Super Soldier? I don't know if such technology exists; maybe in the future. I state that Batman, overall, is the BEST!! In my viewpoint.
I love this soundtrack/trilogy to an extreme level. The realism behind the TDK trilogy just hooks you right in! DC grasps that in my opinion: For example, I enjoy Marvel films but at times they just don't have that real effect to them; for example - The Mandarin in Iron Man 3, ends up being an actor.. I enjoyed the hell out of IM3 but damn Christopher Nolan just gets it! Wish they were moving forward with Bale & Nolan but I understand why they're not.
A slower paced tv show would have been nice. He could have even recasted everyone and got lower budget (but still good) actors for the sake of making the project feasible. All we really need is his and his brother's mind for creating a realistic gotham full of believable villains and of course Batman.
I idolized Christopher Nolan right from the moment Batman Begins was released back in 2005, when I was 19 going on 20 - and my god, this trilogy is just so consistent, mind-blowing and indelible. With this saga, the superhero comic book movie finally grew up. His Inception is just as good too - can't wait to see Interstellar in Nov. 2014.
Batman: Great Batman Returns: Great Batman Forever: Eh idk Batman and Robin: >_< Batman Begins: Awesome The Dark Knight: Awesome x 3 The Dark Knight Rises: Awesome x 2
Exactly. Props and respect go to Burton for bringing a modern Batman to the big screen. But Nolan took it, improved on it, and made it into a masterpiece. That, and the collaboration with Zimmer's musical genius, put's it at the very top in my book. Add the appearance of Heath's Joker... well, what else is there to say.
These versions are not based on any Frank Miller of DC comic strips, but granted DC license approval permission for a new Batman universe separate from the DC universe, but partly elements on a DC platform and the other characters in its own reality, psychological if you based on CSI and dramatic development of vigilantism.
Christopher Nolan + Hans Zimmer= World Class duo
Batman begins was so underrated
Rises too
I KNOW, RIGHT!!??!!??!! Begins is actually my favorite in the trilogy, not the dark knight.
Yes Begins was but The Dark Knight is supreme
It was vastly under rated. But the Dark night is the best comic book movie. Ever
It was very underrated but when all of them are so good it is hard to choose the best one. but the dark knight has the best parts of begins and rises
1.) [Begins] [Fear]
2.) [Falls] [Chaos]
3.) [Rises] [Pain]
Yep.And the images/posters of the movie did show that.
1)Batman begins - dark sky filled bats and bats forming the Batman logo which shows FEAR( Bruce feared bats).
2)The Dark Knight - The Batman logo burns which shows CHAOS
3)The Dark Knight Rises - the Batman logo is shown in between demolished buldings and parts falling from sky . Everything is gone , being destroyed and falls which shows PAIN.
It all begun with fear... He fall because of chaos... Then he rise though the pain
this isnt the soundtrack we deserve, but its the one we need.............

Soindtrack we didnt need but the one we deserved
The Dark Knight Triology is awesome.

Why do we fall Master Wayne? So we can learn to pick ourselves up. I loved Alfred in this trilogy.
I loved every Alfred ever. You'd have to be a really bad director to fuck him up.
+Jonathan Drake oh yeah... But that Alfred is the same one from the Burton Batman movies, so in a way he was not ruined by Joel..

Yeah that is how I would rank them as well
Firefang320 This is my opinion:
Batman Begins
The Dark Knight
The Dark Knight Returns
The Dark Knight & Robin
The Dark Knight Rises
I'm Proud To Be A Batman Fan Since I Was 6, Now I'm Currently 21, The Years Goes By, I Get Older And Will Die But This Legend Still Lives On!
just awesome. Hans Zimmer the best.
STILL SHOOK SINCE MY CHILDHOOD TO THIS DAY I LOVE THIS SERIES WITH ALL OF ME TILL NOW. IT IS A MASTERPIECE OF CINEMA. IT MARKED THE DAYS OF THE GOOD MOVIES. GUYS I'M CLENCHING SO HARD I'M HURTING MYSELF
to hell with ben affleck christian bale and kevin conroy are the only batmen i know
Not Michael Keaton?
micael ceaton didn't have batman's face and hair he looked more like the joker to me
so I'm not the only one who thought Bale was awesome as Batman? Finally!
Bale was amazing as Batman, but Ben Affleck definetely fits a more comic booky realistic Wayne, hopefully his acting exceeds like his directing.
simon tapia i have seen him in his batsuit he looks rather interesting i will see how does he fit the role
Love it, we will all remember thus well trilogy of Nolan. [] Let hope Nolan rises, and comes back.
RACCCHHHHEEEELLLLLL
The music performance in this movie is masterly. I enjoyed all the soundtrack composed by Zimmer and in colaboration with the movie design of Christopher Nolan wow!!!!.... they created a piece of art.

Batman Forever: Meh
Batman & Robin: Shit
Batman Begins: Awesome

Watched the Dark Knight Trilogy over the Summer for the first time. Honestly, it seems that every little detail was explored in theses films. These movies are epic!

Still can’t believe this awesome trilogy ended 7 years ago. It feels like it ended just yesterday.

The Dark Knight: Hoooly shit what the piece of ART, the best fucking movie of the decade
The Dark Knight Rises: An epic ending of a masterpiece, Thank you Nolan and Bale
this soundtrack gets me through long hours of work EVERY DAY
I fucking love batman. These movies are all awesome.
I really miss Bruce Wayne (Nolan version) so much.
"It's not who I am underneath, but what I do, that defines me"
Can't wait to play Arkham Knight while listening to this music
Arkham Knight? Mistake or is there another game?
quantum midget the new arkham game
Andres Ini Yep and from the studio of arkahm asylum and arkaham city.
Not that of arkham origins
I idolized Christopher Nolan right from the moment Batman Begins was released back in 2005, when I was 19 going on 20 - and my god, this trilogy is just so consistent, mind-blowing and indelible. With this saga, the superhero comic book movie finally grew up. His Inception is just as good too - can't wait to see Interstellar in Nov. 2014.
It's Better Than Captain America The Winter Soldier Take A Stand Theme
+Marvel&DC Fanboy101 they are equally good the way I see it.
imo, they're all equal
its cool how you used the coloring to show which soundrack is playing
Why Do We Fall
+The Terminator So that we can learn to pick Ourselves Up
+R5-D4 Skippy The Jedi Droid Still haven't given up on me?
+The Terminator 'Don't be afraid Bruce'
Because I'm Batman !!!!!
Because I didn't listen to my mom when she said she just mopped the floor.
honestly don't know how many times i've watched this.
i watch this every time i'm doing something else. heheh
probably like 20 times a day or so
Batman never had a good theme. But The Dark Knight Trilogy changed that
Batman Forever had a good theme and the Batman's with Michael Keaton were amazing
Tim Burton's Batman theme is actually better than this one, but this one still kicks ass ! ! !
Right.. have you not seen the real Batman (That being Tim Burton's).
The Anti-Theist Pretty sure you mean Adam West's.
Riley Vandewater Adam West didn't make a Batman movie.
Love "A Watchful Guardian." Love the way it builds into that drum beat finale!
Batman: Great
Batman Returns: Great
Batman Forever: Eh idk
Batman and Robin: >_<
Batman Begins: Awesome
The Dark Knight: Awesome x 3
The Dark Knight Rises: Awesome x 2
Thank you for posting this clip.Music is immense and so was the trilogy.Just class from start to finish.👌👌👌👌👌
i luv reading the comments where people r rating all the batman movies just cuz of wat they put for batman and robin
This joker and batman can't be replaced sadly.
After 8:00 just AMAZING!
This had to be the best trilogy for a superhero and definitely my three favorites
This paper better be awesome...
Begins with Fear
Falls into Chaos
Rises after the Pain
Much better than Burton, only because Burton's film were too whimsical and comedic abstract. This trilogy is an intensive masterpiece.
I see your point. But you have to remember Batman (1989) was more based off of the comics rather than Nolan's more realistic approach.
ribs mocco Now that I look at it, yeah Nolan really did kick ass.
These versions are not based on any Frank Miller of DC comic strips, but granted DC license approval permission for a new Batman universe separate from the DC universe, but partly elements on a DC platform and the other characters in its own reality, psychological if you based on CSI and dramatic development of vigilantism.
Thanks for putting this up!! Great quality soundtrack, and loved hearing all three musical in one. Thumbs up everybody
anyone listening to this while speeding down a busy street?
+bassgasmask the feeling must be awesome !!
LouToxic it is up until you almost hit another car
yessss lmfaooo
Mostly while leaping off of buildings.
bassgasmask yooooo same😂
Like there was any doubt who is the greatest comic book hero of all time💯🔥💪🏾
I wonder how the third film would've gone had Heath Ledger lived to be a part of it....no doubt, the Joker would've had a substantial role
like that color fading when the songs transition. Really nice.
