idk where it was but there was a b99 panel and someone asked andy samberg about the way he looks at amy and how he does that and his response was he imagines he is talking to his wife and he thinks about her while they’re filming peraltiago scenes and if that shit doesn’t make you cry even harder than idk what will

yeah the person cut out most of the funny parts and focused on the sweet parts. but i think the funny parts are what made their relationship so wholesome and unique.

I love how they didn’t overdo the ‘will they won’t they’ aspect of the relationship! There was the period when Amy was dating Teddy and Jake struggled with it but they didn’t feel the need to over extend it!
George Green It worked so well cos they didn’t turn them into Ross and Rachel. 1 season of will they won’t they is enough to balance out the tension which is why Peraltiago is one TV’s best couples. There’s no melodrama and their chemistry is so natural

Me too! I used to think marriage is pointless but now, I can’t wait for the right person to marry me.
I seriously never cried because of a proposal, in a show, until B99.
I caught me so off guard that I could not hold back my tears. Jake and Amy are my favorite couple from every movie and show I've ever watched. And when they got married it was just tears all over again. I was basically like Charles, just crying and smiling like an idiot.

The most underrated scene is 0:51. The way Jake knows exactly how Amy typed up her speech. And the look she gave him after he said “Santiago style” Until this edit, I never noticed the amount of little looks they gave each other. Even when they weren’t dating.

The part that always gets me emotional is how when he went to prison and all hope seemed lost of his name getting cleared, he held on to his plan to ask Amy to marry him.

How could you take out the scene on the roof top where Jake says "The place where you flirted with me for tewnty seconds and I became obsessed with you forever" and the part at the wedding where Amy says "Theres a bomb at this wedding too. Your butt. Your butt is da bomb" those were the best parts of those scenes??!! I love the video though. Jake and Amy are the cutest.

he made all the most imporant decisions in his relationships simply by looking over at her and realizing how much he loves her, like when he chose to move in with her at her apartment instead because he looked over and saw how much she and her happiness mean to him. he also made the decision or knew that he wanted to marry amy by simply looking over at her in bed and realize she was the one he wanted to be with. when it comes to her happiness, he literaly will do anything and he can't stand the idea of her getting hurt. if thts not love idk wat is. amy and jake r one of the best on screen couples i hav ever watched.
