FYI: the whole part from season 1 to 5 is almost the exact same as the original video I posted. I just added a few scenes I had omitted before (obviously there are still a lot I couldn't put in there), as well as took care of some glitches and other minor issues I had found while rewatching the video. The real novelty comes with seasons 6 and 7 being added onto the rest :)

I could talk about this couple and how much both Amy and Jake mean to me for hours. I could talk about this finale too, and how perfect it was in many many ways. How perfect it is for their son to be named Mac. I love this family. And I'm so grateful for NBC, that gave us the chance to not only see Jake and Amy as a married couple, then a couple expecting a child... but even MORE, since the show will at least be back for another season.
Mostly, I'm grateful for all of you who watch and love my videos. You don't know how much it means to me. When I first had the idea of making a Peraltiago Story before, I would have NEVER imaged the amount of love it would get. And yet here we are... So, thank you. SO MUCH. I hope you'll like this updated version just as much as you liked the first one, and see you in a year or two for another updated version of the Peraltiago + Mac Story? ;) In the meantime, you can be sure I have at least several projects I will work on during the hiatus. Including my 7x13 video to "At the Beginning". And well... that B99 YPIV I promised you months ago now 🤐

As much comic the b99 is, they always found ways to keep the relationship of Jake and Amy grounded.
1) they didn't drag season after season on whether they get together or not
2) they didn't have a on and off relationship
3)they didn't have any huge situationonal misunderstandings
4) they didn't had any ego about declaring their love.
5) they didn't sabotage each other relationship.
They just liked each other,gave it a shot and it worked.

I love that they didn't do the break up get back together thing, and that they didn't rush the baby and waited a few years before taking that large step. That's why Jake & Amy are the most realistic and best couple on TV.

What I love is that the creator of this show put thought into Amy's name. Amy means 'Beloved' and Santiago means 'Jacob' so her name is essentially Jacob's beloved. Nothing is better than that.
Mac means son of, so Mac Santiago Peralta is Son of Jacob Peralta. Theyre so perfect for each other

I started this series during the lockdown. Halfway during second season I realised I have a massive crush on Jake Peralta/Andy Samberg. Also, totally rooting for this couple. Of course I know things turn out fine for this couple from watching a lot of B99 clips before actually watching the series.

Often in the series when the characters get together their relationship becomes boring and not very developed while Jake and Amy continue to be interesting together, their relationship is beautiful and it is a good thing that they always have complicity, a comical aspect. They support each other, understand each other and have fun. (sorry if I don't write good english).

Whenever a romantic Peraltiago scene comes on, I just think back to their “distractions childish rivalry”, and how, based on what they’ve said to each other in terms of banter, they would have never imagined being together.
Their relationship is so realistic. No will they won't they bullshit. They get have a fantastic relationship as friends and when they get together they do everything in their power to make it work. It is very wholesome

@@edu5036 u can watch episodes 2-5 on all 4. They remove some and add some each week or u can watch all of the episodes on a website called watchfree.net although.... That website does pop up some weird tabs so idk if it's safe but I risked it BC I was dying to watch them and my laptop seems fine
I also use streaming websites and apart from the adult content pop-ups it never damaged my laptop :) But yes that finale was magical!!!

I love how realistic their relationship is. It takes time for things to actually happen it doesn’t just “happen”.
These two have the best relationship ever, and we all wish we could have a relationship as perfect as these two. And when you do have that kind of relationship, it feels amazing and everyone else just dissapear every time your together. There isn't any better feeling than that, than being with your partner and you feel like it's the new best day of your life. Everyone reading this, I hope you find a relationship like the one I described, and I hope you have a good life.
Jake has let Amy win almost every bet [Halloween Heist is NOT included] but the only bet that was not the heist was the bet of if Jake wins, they go on the WORST date and looks like he wanted it.
