The special shots are player specific in super rush mode because when the ball lands it effects the surrounding players in different ways. Like with Yoshi it turns all the other players balls into eggs, or Wario strikes them with lightning and limits the power guage

Popping bubbles are like marble sized water balloons, but instead of water, the liquid inside is juice and the thin membrane is I believe, gelatin of some type. It's like a thing in molecular gastronomy where they marbleize liquids to create a more pleasing or stylized form.
I definitely agree with Ismael with those series, all really good! Some other good ones to watch are No Time to Relax and if you are looking for some more roleplay type games, For The King is also great! If you are down to watch the longer more open world survival type series, they have many good Minecraft series and also some Don't Starve Seasons too. And if you are looking for their most viewed Just Shapes and Beats, definitely also good too. But anything that catches you eye is also good!
