Unfortunately Ethan hasn't changed and therefore Olivia has made the right decision to leave. It's ridiculous behavior from a (technically) adult man to just refuse to do what is necessary in order to move on. Instead he's either having a temper tantrum like a 4 year old or running away from responsibilities, just like Kim and Barry taught him and hiss siblings.
I give Olivia credit for leaving. She tried to make it work but Ethan was incredibly immature. When he questioned the fact that she had not cooked him dinner for a while, I cringed. She went out of her way to work on cars with him and show him the world. I couldn't believe he said that to her. However, I believe Olivia is still going through her own growing pains. I wish her the best!

She’s so pretty I could see her on the Hallmark channel in one of the movies💕💕💕 I know she is on a reality show but I think she could do a non reality heart felt show/movie.

I think the biggest problem that people seen with Olivia was that she isolated Ethan from his family as a condition to be with her. That was a big red flag in the relationship that it wasn't going to work out. If Olivia has such a big issue with the Plath family why stay on the show. Make a clean break. It seems hypocritical. It always has seemed that Olivia is so like Kim in so many ways.
She never did. His own mother used his siblings at pawns. If they agreed to the show then he could see his own siblings again. Afterwards, he didn't see his own siblings because he was angry at his mom for stealing from him. Then his sister refused to pay him back too. A bunch of liars and thieves.
All we know is what we saw on the show and most of the last season Olivia was at odds with Kim and it was affecting her relationship with Ethan just as much as other reasons they were incompatible. Olivia was even reluctant for Ethan to go to gatherings with his family because she wanted to avoid Kim. Regardless of what Olivia feels about Kim that is Ethan's mother. Most of the pressure on the relationships was Olivia. What Olivia really was at odds with was her upbringing and that transferred to Ethan. Ethan seemed fine most of the time if it was not for Olivia to try and get along.

Ethan married October of 2018. There was video footage of Ethan's wedding in season 1, so I can understand you not getting the timeline correct this many years later :)
