- What are you going to do when your air conditioner dose not produce cool air as normal? I think you will call to service man to come and check.
This will cost you money. right? Anyway before you call to service please follow these instruction first. Maybe there are some error because of you set the wrong mode of the ac and it will not cool as normal. Even it still in a good conditioner but if you set wrong mode this ductless air conditioner can not produce cool air. It will follow the instruction by remote. Like fan mode only, auto mode, dry mode or somethings. Those are the mode that effect to the cooling temperature produce by ac. As my suggestion if you use cooling only ductless air conditioner please making sure that your remote are set in cooling mode. It is very easy just look at the top text on the screen of the remote it will tell you which mode you are.

If a person doesn't already know about the mode-select button on their remote, that was great. But for the rest of us, who have desperately changed the mode over and over again, with no effect, that was *useless*. How many people do we suppose haven't tried to change the mode on their air conditioner before turning in desperation to TH-cam to try to figure out why it still isn't cooling? Thanks to this video I am even more disempowered and upset than I was before -- terrific job.

The air conditioner is not advertised as fitting a 16 inch window, but as the body of the air conditioner is just under 16 inches if you leave off the accordion brackets it fits perfectly.

my ac is old Toshiba split and its been working fine! I once and a while have mainaitnce and clean it but past 2 days its been not cold at all as a fan and I can't sleep in closed room without no air :( I sweat a lot ill fix it on cool mood 20' and see what happens thanks.

Sorry my friend. What did you repair for your AC? Some time the problem not because of the setting of your remote. This setting just let you check your remote setting not repair.

This is because the screen of your remote is broken. There are no blind screen function.

Check your temperature setting. Is it lowest number? Is your AC get clean regularly. Is there any heating come to the room. Is your AC capacity is enough to supply your room?
