We are their first franchise store in India and We are not getting enough support in marketing and branding,so almost lost Rs.1.5 cr. People still think We are local pizza store and the franchisor have no vision on how to expand your brand in India. Absolutely unprofessional approach in terms of menu design, pricing and offers.
No clue on marketing activities.
