Actually....when your talking about the heating part at 3:50ish, the heat button when on RED means that the heating system IS activated and then when the water finally reaches the set temperature you set it on, it will then turn GREEN..so red means it is ON
Just got my second one the first lasted three years. I believe if I did some repairs like fix some leaks.and put a new impeller I. ThE pump I could of mad it last longer.but I got more then my money's worth out of it.
How much does this run your electric bill up every month? Curious because we have a coleman 20 ft pool with a large hayward pump and it runs it up about $100 more each month to run it constantly. Do u run this pump constantly? Thanks!
That's all I have used so far. I do have a water treatment system on my house as I have well water. I don't know if that makes any difference as to what chemicals you have to use.
Great video...... I'm a 50 year old female & after work my whole body hurts when I get home I just bought this and I'm about to set it up in my spare room because there's nothing in there and it also has a GFCI outlet I was wondering how I should go about to save energy when I'm not using it besides the cover should I turn it down in temperature to keep my electricity bill from skyrocketing or just leave it where it is😊 Happy Holidays
Oh my God @ some of the questions. Hey Donna? Can I read while sitting in this? Is it okay if I walk my dog around the outside while in the spa? And will that cool it...or heat it? I'm missing a leg, will that affect how the bubbles work? If a bird lands on my shoulder with the bubbles off, will it heat more quickly? You say your family is short...I'm a little person, I'm only 22" high and I pose for trophies, will I be safe in it?
My cover doesn't seal to the tub either. I've kind of played around with the amount of air that's in it. When it gets hot outside it expands and fits a little tighter. So I suggest just play with the air until you get it where it makes you happy.
Mine doesn't heat :( it never turns green or anything, the first one I bought was horrible and didn't work :( this is my second, I see all the videos and I can't understand why doesn't heat. Can you know why ? I want to use it so bad 😞
Mine didn’t seem to come with a bottom filter. I’ve been trying to use it anyway and I noticed it will not heat despite me increasing the temperature. Are those 2 issues related?
I just placed cement blocks under the deck. I had a heavier bigger hot tub before this one so I thought it would be best. I honestly don't know if I would still need them or not, but I left them there.
@@donnagalloway9772 I ordered the same hot tub, it should be here Monday. I did reinforce my deck just in case. Probably with the same blocks you used.
where do you get the chemicals ? and is it alright the machine get s wet and also can inflate it with the water in it mine seems to need a little more air
I get my chemicals from Wal-Mart or Amazon. Yes my machine gets wet. I have mine on my outside back deck. Don't know about inflating with water in it. I've never attempted that.
Just put mine together from Christmas, it’s heating up now. But when I turn the jets on it’s making a HORRIBLE whistling noise 😭 did you have this issue and if so how did you fix it?
I don't have a whistling noise, but the pump is a little loud, but when you're in the tub the bubbles are louder. I guess just check the air connection at the bottom and make sure it isn't crossthreaded or loose. Other than that, there isn't much to check. Sorry I couldn't help more.
Depending on how cold the water is and how cold it is outside, the manual says 24 to 36 hours. I leave mine plugged in and set at 104. Once it's heated, it will maintain the temp on its own.
Actually....when your talking about the heating part at 3:50ish, the heat button when on RED means that the heating system IS activated and then when the water finally reaches the set temperature you set it on, it will then turn GREEN..so red means it is ON
It even says so on the manual.
I was wondering the same thing. I thought mine was messed up when I seen this but then realized yes red means heating

Thanks for the great video!! This is one of the most straight to the point video on TH-cam. Luv it.
Just bought the hot tub, great price, actually heated up pretty fast, took your advice and it seems really good. Time will tell on how long it lasts
How long does it take to heat up? This is my 2nd day using it and I can get it to heat up.
has it held up?
I am a new hot tub owner so thanks for sharing your information with me have a beautiful day God bless you always
My parents just bought a house and I'm really convinced this is going to change their lives.
How much does this run your electric bill up every month? Curious because we have a coleman 20 ft pool with a large hayward pump and it runs it up about $100 more each month to run it constantly. Do u run this pump constantly? Thanks!
Do you still have this? Curious how it’s held up and what it has been costing in electric per month.
Thanks for the info! I just ordered one of these and its coming tomorrow. How do they hold up in the winter/snow?
Love your videos. This is such a help as I am setting mine up now. Are the Bromine tabs the only chemical you use?
That's all I have used so far. I do have a water treatment system on my house as I have well water. I don't know if that makes any difference as to what chemicals you have to use.
I just bought that same one..... can I just plug it into a regular outlet?
Did you shoot this with an iPhone? It's like a small vertical sliver on my TV.
Great video...... I was thinking this would be perfect for me after work is it worth it?
Hello, how much have you noticed your electric bill has gone up since you started using it? Don't know if you got a bill since the last comment
Haven't got a new bill yet. I'm sure my husband will let me know if it's higher. 😁

What is the device above the two filters? It kind of looks like a third filter. Should it be under water?
What are you thought on the hot tub after 11 months? Still loving it? I just bought one yesterday.
Yes, still love it!!!
I saw another video and they fit the tabs without crushing them. You just have to be careful and it’ll work
does yours have a spot for two filters?
Hello, thank you for your videos Please list which chemicals to buy
O
If its red it is heating its just not heated to max heat, when it turns green that means it’s heated already
Great videos. Thanks for posting!
When the heating light is green its up to temp. When its red it is heating.
Yea, I messed up. Sorry 😞
@@donnagalloway9772 no biggie. I have one and put it in my spare bedroom. Use it everyday for a bad back.

How many people can you fit? I see it says 2-4 people. Is it more like 2 people?

My type of guy!! Best comment I've read any place ever!
Thanks for the video. Does your cover seem to make a seal to the tub? Ours will fall in if it’s not clipped. It seems fully inflated, but maybe not?
My cover doesn't seal to the tub either. I've kind of played around with the amount of air that's in it. When it gets hot outside it expands and fits a little tighter. So I suggest just play with the air until you get it where it makes you happy.
I am losing air through the top cupling on the inside of my spa. Won't stay inflated.

Red means it's heating. Green means that it hit the temp
What is the first thing we see at the top of the bromine and filter?? There is a plastic in the top.
Never been able to figure that out. Sorry 😞
Mine didn’t seem to come with a bottom filter. I’ve been trying to use it anyway and I noticed it will not heat despite me increasing the temperature. Are those 2 issues related?
So you're sitting on the flat ground? No inflated seat shapes? Just looks uncomfortable to me.
The watch is watterproof?
Did you reinforce your deck to set the hot tub on it?

What is the top nozzle for thats only half submersed
I’m curious too? I keep searching and can’t find out!
Can you give me any ideal how to tell when it is fully blown up, I’m afraid I will over inflate.
Kind of just have to use your own judgment on that one.

I leave mine plugged in and set at 104 degrees. So yes, you can then use it any time, no waiting for it to heat back up.
How long to heat up?
Wondering what that top plastic part is just above the bromine tablet floater. Can’t for the life of me figure out what that top piece is for.
Well I can't figure it out either. Not gonna try to pretend that I know what it is. Lol
@@donnagalloway9772 That top plastic part is leaking air out of it when I inflate my spa.
cant use my spa at all now.
It’s a pressure relief valve.
What does the plastic piece above the bromine dispenser do?
I have ask the same question
Do you do nay other chemicals for water maintenance or just bromine tablets?
So far just bromine. I have a water treatment system on my house as I have well water. Don't know if that makes a difference.
And did you run the jets while heating it up for the first time??? I think I’m doing something wrong. It’s been stuck at 70 for 2 hours.
I did not run the jets. Make sure your temp is set to the proper temp that you want it. It only took mine like 24 hours to heat to 104.
Just put mine together from Christmas, it’s heating up now. But when I turn the jets on it’s making a HORRIBLE whistling noise 😭 did you have this issue and if so how did you fix it?

is there any type of lights inside the hot tub for at night
No. You can buy a floating lights for it if you want.
hello? how long set up heating to light green? because i have one but i don't how long when turn green?

What is the top device above bromine dispenser?
Never figured it out.
Pressure relief valve. If inflated to much
How are these in cold winters
I haven't had mine through a winter yet.
how long does the bubble run.
I think around 15 minutes at a time. You just hit the button again.
What is the small top dispenser for the one above the chlorine dispenser
I've never figured that out. It's definitely not a dispenser for anything. And make sure you use bromine and not chlorine.
I found out it’s supposed to be the air intake for the air bubbles
@@ritaherpeche1202 no, the air is pumped in from the pump that sits outside the tub.
Question what is button to inflate it .
Bubbles button
Sick!!
Hi Donna,
How much would you rate it on a scale of 10?
As of today, I would rate it a 10!
If it’s the same as a layzspa (which it looks like it is!) there should be. A NRV on the bubble pipe so you can take it off
@@donnagalloway9772 thank you.
@@jamiel8837 thankyou so much
I just bought one do I just need bromine tablets or what all do I need?
Bromine, shock, test strips, possibly the demineralizer stuff. Filters are at Walmart sometimes for 5.99 for 2. Type VI.
Nice video! Can you have it so that the water stays hot all the time 24/7? Or do you have to heat it up every time you use it?
Stays hot all the time. Just don't set any timers.

Check your filter for proper water flow. If it's dirty replace it and reset your controls.
Literally. Literally. Literally. Literally. LOL.
I literally didn't realize I literally said literally so many times!!! Lol
How long does it take to warm up
