Thank you for the kind words! I started at 17 years old, and would say it's generally never too late to start. When you do, I'd recommend Simply Piano for practicing sight reading (NOT for learning technique or fingering), Chuan C Chang's free book specifically for learning how to approach practicing new pieces (but disregard the other stuff, including his advice on technique...he's not a pro), and ToneBase Piano for learning technique (they have good community events there also). :)
@@MarcPlaysPiano when i was young., mom got me to a keyboard class and i got some basic foundation to learn on. many years later, i suddenly want to play piano but we gave away our only elc. piano. now when i was getting in university and living in dormitory, we got an elc. piano.... which i can only play when i go home. I need to get back my sight reading skill and many stuff.... my best now is playing at 60 bmp with 2 hands and maximum 4 notes at 1 time. I hope after graduation i have time for piano.
