I think you're the first animator I've seen who genuinely researches the history behind these countries and animates based off of it and it's absolutely amazing because most animators just animate the most popular countries or don't bother researching, but you do and it's incredible!!
It was rather telling in the animation between North Korea and South Korea (which broke my heart), and you outdo yourself once more with this.
Thank you, for not erasing history, but rather, bringing it back to the present.

Madagascar: really don’t know
Mali: there is a coup
Central African Republic: the country is very poor
China: i think because the country is investing in Africa a lot (?)
Morocco and the Sahrawi Arab Repubic: the Sahrawi Arab Repubic claims to be a country but its not recognized by Morocco and more countries, this thing was a problem because the African Union recognizes it, and Morocco leave the Union and enter again in 2011 i think
Tanzania: the country were at the past two countries (Zanzibar and Tanganyika) but then united as we know now
And in the final we can se the hand of the African Union going to the European Union, I think is because the African Union wats to be the European Union of Africa

I mean, it is very good to see someone use different countries, the majority of animators tend to use countries that are in Europe, North America and parts of Asia, and it's really a shame of how only a collection of countries are used in memes and that leaves many countries in the dark. So good on you for doing different from the community.

There are 55 African countries. The few shown in this animation do not speak for the entire continent; so no, the whole continent did not fall into poverty ^^. Try reading about these countries! Read about why China and it’s involvement in Africa! For some context, China intends to make Africa its “second China”.
