Correction...the 90% coins are worth around 20 x their face value not 20%

The rare dime is a proof coin.
This is NOT about coins made for circulation. Proof coins are special extra high quality coins only sold in collector sets.
The car in your garage may be a Camry and the NASCAR car that runs at Daytona may also be called a Camry, but they are not the same
