This must only work on xbox? I tried it on PC and did not get any achievement.

it's worked on pc!!! just shoot all sniper rifle!! shoot the 2 soldier and back to the main menu. change the sniper rifle and restart the beketov valley! shoot the 2 soldiers again and change the sniper rifle again and restart and change and the end! unlock the trophy! ;)
