The Rice Dishes look Wonderful, but my Favourite is the Stuffed Egg Plant. They look amazing! I love the Beef with all those Beautiful Colours of the different Vegetables & Dill! I love Dill but I Never thought of putting it into Beef, I've only used with Fish & Veal. I have to try it with Beef! I would also try the Beef in Bell Peppers & maybe add some Mushrooms & even Rice. That's the Great thing with Grandma's Style of Cooking, you can use whatever you have in Season & Mix & Match with the because you know the Flavours that work together.
Your Grand Daughter is growing into a Beautiful Young Woman & she's looking very Confident, helping to Prepare all the Vegetables. Another Wonderful Video & Great Dishes. Thank You!

@chefgrandmacooking I don't understand why when milking the cow her legs are tied together? does she get untied after being milked? Also it looks like she is covered in poop or is that mud? In fact probably mud if i recall correctly fresh cow poop is a really nice shade of green that turns white dogs green as well (I had a little white dog that went and rolled in it years ago.. took forever to get the green out). edited to add .. never in my wildest dreams would I have thought to make rice puddings like that but OMG to die for.. my favourites.. fresh milk from the cow and hazelnuts. YUM.
