I've got the Yamatic, I've had it about a year now & happy with it (although I've always got FoMo about the Flexzilla) i haven noticed the snapping, I'll have to check for that. Thx for the video. Nice to hear a new voice as opposed to the 3 that TH-cam always pushes on me.
I started my business from watching you and buying the stuff that you recommended and all I have to say is that everything works and pairs so beautifuly with each other. I was gonna say for your next video, you can piece together the best setup for a wet vac with a professional extractor attachment (rip clean). Just throwing that out there for a video recommendation 👍🏽❤
WOW! You made my whole week with this comment! I hope you crush it with your business man. I absolutely will be doing that video in the future. Take care and THANK YOU!
This is the 2nd video ive watched from your channel and i gotta say i like your content i like it that you don't over talk the subject, ive liked and subscribed to your channel.
Wow! Thanks man! I’m super critical of myself so to hear that means a lot. I hope I didn’t confuse people with my review of the YAMATIC. It works great and I love it but the cracking has me confused so I wasn’t sure about it.
I’m had the Uberflex hose and it got stuck under my tire as I was walking around the vehicle and tried to pull it away and it kinked and water started squirting out and didn’t work good at all after that but I used it like every week for about 8 months and never had a problem before that
YAMATIC UPDATE : So far the cracking has not effected performance of hose. I couldn’t say it was the winner but I also couldn’t NOT recommend it based on how it has been performing. I’ll keep you all posted.
I bought the Yamatic 50 foot hose and it was a little more than half the price of the 50 foot Flexilla and Uberflex. A great price for a really good hose.
Yes. You can either use quick connects (highly recommend) or just screw it in. Check out this video to see how to use quick connects for your setup. th-cam.com/video/oXWMsB3zdtE/w-d-xo.htmlsi=zdQ6oqjQZNsBCb5Q
Not sure why everybody likes the Flexilla hose. I've had it for a couple of years, bought it cause I thought it would look cool with the Ryobi pressure washer, but it's been one of the most frustrating hoses I've ever used. True it may not kink, and it is strong and has held up well, but this thing coils like crazy and gets caught on everything. I have to continuously turn the hose for it to uncoil. Having said that, I don't lay it out in the sun for an hour to warm up which I agree probably would help, but I live in L.A., so I'm not in cold weather here. Maybe it's me and I'm asking too much, or maybe I just got a bad hose, I don't know, but I just want to be able to grab a hose and start working, which is something I can't do. I know you mentioned that to be fair you were going to lay them all out in the sun for an hour, which I get, but I'd like to see how the hoses do if they're not laid out in the sun for an hour and see what hoses are easier to work with. With regard to the two hoses being the same, it has been pretty well investigated and shown they are the same, even sharing the same patent number, I believe, although I could be off on that as it's been awhile since I heard it. There are other TH-camrs out there who have really looked into it. Lastly, however, I will say, however, that I have also been very impressed with my Ryobi pressure washer. I've put it through the paces, and it has kicked butt for several years now. Small but mighty.
i have the Uberflex with a mtm hydro pressure wash gun with built in stainless swivel not cheap i cost more than the hise but i don't get and kinks or coiling by using it. tip to all...when storing your hose pull hose out straight first always and remove your gun from quick connect then hold hose up in the air and coil it up by stretch arms out grabbing by bottom as far as you v can reach arms apart, coil and pull one hand to the next, and repeat creating a 3 to 4 ft loop it will have less memory and will drain the water at the same time. 💪 or just put it on a retractable reel like i do now easiest way to preserve your hose and keep it nice for years. oh slso try not to just drop the ends on the ground this will degrade it fast
Next time you use your pressure washer try this. Before turning on the pressure washer, make sure the hose is completely flattened out then turn on the pressure washer. Sometimes if the hose is coiled up, and the pressure washer is then turned on, the hose will stay coiled.

I appreciate that man. Many more to come!
Uberflex and Flexzilla are the same hose, Uberflex owns the patent the only thing Flexzilla owns is the rights to the light green color
This guy did his research.
He’s spot on. Same exact hose.

I've had Flexzilla it used to coil up and cracked I've just gotten regular water hose after that
The flexzilla and uberflex both have the same patent. They may be made by the same mother company

How about now? Still using it?
@r23g51r Yes! Still works great. Still cracking lol…but still works lol
@@AutoHeadz is it worth saving 15 in your opinion? Thanks for the quick reply
@@r23g51r ehhhh I’d probably still go with the flexzilla or uberflex IMO. They just move a bit better. Easy to maneuver.
appreciate u @@AutoHeadz
Flexilla and Uberflex are the same, but Flexilla comes in more sizes.
Uberflex makes flexzilla. Both are made exactly the same except Color.

Can you attach it to the pipe?
Yes. You can either use quick connects (highly recommend) or just screw it in.

Uberflex has the patent and flexilla uses it.
@OreoSpeedwagon825 Thanks!
Do you have a swivel connector on your trigger gun? That will help a ton with the hose coiling up etc.
Mckillans has a swivel built in yes
@@AutoHeadz yes, that's the one I own, brilliant gun for the price too 👍🏻
For the info thank you Autoheadz…in a yoda voice
🤣 🐸 ⚡️
Would you say this is exclusively for car detailing or for home wash as well?
Definitely more for home use

Great tips! Thank you.
Dang bro.. wish you had tried that Fierce Jet hose
Maybe I’ll do that next. They are expensive!
why does my flexzilla stick together? when i pull it stays coiled and tangled.
Did you let it lose its memory by leaving it in the sun as seen in video?
@@AutoHeadz i did for a day or two yes. maybe it just needs time? i dunno.

@@AutoHeadz cool call, i'll try that!
What kind of PW? Ryobi 1800? Mini wand orifice size?
So sorry, just realized it's in the discription. Had to edit before the Internet destroyed me
Yes, Ryobi 1800. 25 for the sprayer. 1.1mm for the foam cannon.
😂🤣. They’ll get ya. Lol
@@AutoHeadz yes! And it will be fierce. Like a cat of 9 tails lashing. The Internet has no mercy when it comes to mistakes
The Yamatic hose sucks on memory curling and it is MORE expensive than flexzilla and uberflex.
I definitely like the other two better BUT the Yamatic is typical $15-20 less. That’s a significant cost difference.
Really expensive.
