Great footage aboard the old DC-3, what a beauty! Couldn't have picked a more scenic location to fly either, can't beat those great views. Love the interior of this one, the cabin looks like it just has a bunch of comfy armchairs for seats 😃

Ed Whisenant I actually saw that plane in Seattle 😊
@@leezinke4351 Yes this DC-3 is based at Paine field airport in Washington.
1:16... That looks like a wiring nightmare!! The setup is clean, but that's a lot of wires!! Haha. Keep up the great work my friend.
Sorry I just now saw your comment, I don't get all of mine for some reason. Yes this sure looks like a wiring nightmare. They explained to me why it has all of this wiring but I can't remember but it made sense. I think because it was a Executive Aircraft at one time.

Boring with only over the wing footage. Wouldn't they let you into the cockpit ?
So sorry that you didn't enjoy my video Dave, When I get invited to fly in a historic aircraft like this I graciously say yes & thank you for the wonderful experience and yes I had to stay in my seat, I have to say I was very happy with my On-Board footage. I hope you enjoy my several other DC-3 flights that I do show cockpit footage whenever I was allowed. I will check out you videos that you have.
