Cinnamon - 1 inch

Fennel seeds - 1/2 tsp
Cardamom - 1
Star anise - 1
Kapok buds - 2
Bay leaf - 2
Cashew nuts - 10
Cooking oil - 2 tbsp
Ghee - 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
