The song though, 7월 7일, or July 7/7th day of the 7th month, is about the Chilseok festival (Qixi in China) which from the Korean folktale, tells the story of starcrossed lovers who were separated and only allowed to meet on the 7th day of the 7th month. According to the tale, if it rains on that night, it's the couple's tears. That's why the lyrics talk about parting and longing, meeting again, "one of these nights" and the MV has water/river and rain, also mentions Milky Way since in the tale a bridge is formed over the Milky Way when they're allowed to meet on July 7.

And I'm also saying that if a person without knowledge of that incident were to watch it and would listen to the lyrics, the MV wouldn't be out of place because its themes still heavily reflect the content of the lyrics and has elements from the folktale.
You should continue to react to the MV's in order(skipping the ones you have seen of course). They get better with each listen. You should eventually react to the live video of them covering BoA's "Milky Way." It's the first video to have Wendy since her accident back in December. Dumb Dumb was the first Red Velvet song I ever listened to and Russian Roulette was the first comeback of theirs I actively followed (like watched the teasers, performances and stuff), so they are pretty special to me. I love One of These Nights as well, especially their live performance at Sketchbook. So it was fun to rewatch these MVs with you :) If you pay attention to the Russian Roulette MV they've been trying to kill each other from the start, though it only becomes obvious near the end. The first scene is Wendy setting fire to Seulgi's clothes, Yeri feeds them screws and nails desguised as cereal, they all throw heavy objects at Irene and etc
One Of These Nights is one of my fave on their Velvet side. They are just flexin their vocals there. I always wanna hear that song while I'm relaxing or when I'm about to go to sleep. Dumb Dumb is the first red side song that I liked at first listen cause some of the red side title tracks needs a little growing on me, example are Happiness and Zimzalabim 😅 So I guess we should go with Red Flavor, Umpah Umpah, Really Bad Boy? And definitely some albums I love their entire discography. Their Japanese singles are a bop too.
