hi, nice video! looking for a headphone for mostly music(techno, edm, trance, hype trailers, some orchestra) - prefer openback with good bass and nice soundstage, dont care much about vocals - should i get edition xs or wait for ananda nano - how hard is the drop off to tygr300r? ananda/editionxs are 4x more expensive and im listening on spotify mostly - dont have amp(is it fine to use ananda/xs without amp?x.x) - you have suggestions for amp in my use case for the 3 headphones? still buy ifi air dac when im not playing games THAT much? thanks!:)
I actually answer a lot of these questions in my XS video. But yeah I think you would be happy with XS. You could upgrade the amp later. You can see in my XS video my reactions to different amps etc
@@nyvoreviews5443 my other msg didnt come through, what would i lose sound wise (edm, techno music on spotify) by going for the 200 euro tygr+cheap amp vs editionxs/ananda+200-300euro amp? also is it possible to just use the edition xs or ananda without amp? (my pc prob doesnt have good power)
XS is much better than tygr even without an amp. Without an amp it will get loud enough but the stage will be smaller and the bass won’t be as impactful. I don’t talk about headphones I haven’t tried (ananda nano) so no clue.
@@nyvoreviews5443 thanks alot for the quick help! :) not sure when the first reviews of the new ananda come out since it will still probably take a month until theyre out here in europe, would love to see your opinion on it once its available & some comparisons vs xs / arya :)

Welcome back
Where's the cryo headphones on this list? You said the BJ2 and Cryo Ananda where close to HE1000
BJ2 is pretty much impossible to obtain, but yes, i did actually like bj2 more than XS.
Cryo ananda has more tonality issues than XS.
I would pick……… YOU
no pair of cans is worth more than 500
I would honestly trade my Ducati for the best headphones I’ve heard.
