A couple of years ago there was an EAS warning in Hawaii about an incoming ICBM from N. Korea. Luckily that was a false. But the governor at the time didn't know how to use his phone to turn the warning off. His daughter had to help him. That's where the movie 20 minutes, came from. Of course with some Hollywood in the end.

Hey I love EAS scenarios, just saying- war is not something that countries say they want- usually it comes out of strained relationships (i.e. trade deals between Canada, Australia, UK, and North Korea worsened due to tariffs and that would take already unstable relationships and make it worse.) Another thing that I noticed is that there was a decided war in Las Vegas (war is not a street mob fight). Great scenario- would just like to point some things out to help you grow as a creator
