    I deliver firewood and I've burned through 2 standard pairs in about a month due to down-stacking pallets. Your right, the standard gloves wear out on the fingertips.

      Craig Schultz get white ox gloves for wood they are canvas and work great or West Chester leather gloves from Home Depot for $11!

    I’m in the exact same boat…er…glove. My fingertips always wear through after about a month as well. I do also agree that they last longer than others I’ve used and can’t be beat for the price. I wear them at work, I keep a pair in all three vehicles, my side by side and in the garage.

    Thanks for the informative review, i always appreciate feedback from someone who actually uses a product for a living. I consider your use as extreme. for me these probably last few years😀

    I had original Mexchanix gloves...they wore a hole in the finger way too fast. I bought these and am hoping for better results. Plus, I bought another pair of the originals because Mechanix gloves are the coolest.

      I know what ya mean. I'm actually using a different version that is made with leather instead of the synthetic. may do a comparison down the road

      I know It's 2 year old comment, but I'm curious, were they really durable? Or at least better than originals?

    This is an awesome review. Especially since it is done by a man who has spider fingers like myself! 😁 I've been looking at buying these gloves for a while now and now I think I'll give them a try. Always like how mechanix fit but like you i found they wore out very quickly. Thanks for the good practical review

    Some good buffalo gloves will last a few years of heavy use. These gloves are intended for light use and the looks. That's it

    Would you rather use these or the Leather version?

    • @raiderracer2003
      @raiderracer2003  6 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      JosheyG34 these by far. the leather ones hold sweat more and take for ever to dry out and I don't have the dexterity in the leather ones compared to these

    do you still use these gloves today or have you replaced them with a different kind?

      F̡ac͜e͡l̨e̶ss͟ I use very different gloves now but that's because I work a much different job now. And these are now hard to find in my area

    can these be used for driving or are they too thick?

    • @raiderracer2003
      @raiderracer2003  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      They are fairly thick but I've used them for that but only because the truck hadn't warmed up

    Seems like an attempt at making a more durable looking glove.

      No I have not, I may in the future though. currently I'm using their actual leather ones that look similar to these.

      if you read the decription.on webside for those, they are apparently made for people with exact problem you are having with fingers

    I find every person that reviews and says their crap cause they break in the finger area they have huge fucking nails yeah your gloves are gunna break if you got long sharp nails pushing against the glove I keep my nails short short and have had my originals for 4 months now and have been using them thoroughly and they have yet to break thru the finger

    • @raiderracer2003
      @raiderracer2003  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Your spot on, tbh no I dont intentionally keep my nails short and that's not the gloves fault

  • @hvivar3351
    @hvivar3351 3 ปีที่แล้ว

    They suck. They run large and are not snug fit
