He is 20 months old.
He is very active in playing physically like bat and ball or flipping.
He doesnt respond to his name.
He doesnt understand our communication when we command something. He. When i show hand ask to get he gets. He understand by hand gestures.
He listens to rhyme. By practicing he points appa when i ask him and points few words like eyes nose fan. Is it a speech delay.
