If the child is having a sing song tone while speaking, how ll the sing song way go away and natural way of speaking come up to the child?

Mam,I have own 2 years old younger brother. He say goodbye, clap hands, sing a song and watching TV also. But,he didn't speak in fluently tamil or english.He only speak with me without my mother during her work,he say the words in tamil like my father say 'Appa', my mother say 'amma' and he said to me ' 'akka' with I care and speak with him. He wants to go a round with my father, he raise his hand. He didn't call his name.
