Why is it that the legal size of the document doesnt print all even i use legal size paper

Bought this a few months ago. My problem with this is it disconnects sa wifi every now and then and na di-disrupt or cancelled ang printing. Sometimes, hindi din searchable from my Samsung Android Tablet. Hassle. Kapag manipis ang paper, minsan nag paper jam din ang duplex printing.
