The P-I-N-U-G-U-T-A-N probably refers to how Filipinos *nitpicked* Panalo because there was a line that said a Philippine hero was beheaded (pinugutan) when that wasn't what actually happened. People were calling out his inaccuracy
ez mil isnt wrong, historically there is still no proof and facts as to who killed Lapu Lapu, he might be beheaded too in the Philippines by his country men as well since in ancient times a rajah has to fight another town as well. its only assumptions as to who really killed him.

Some officials, notably a mayor, in the Philippines nitpicked a line in "Panalo" and wanted to declare EZ Mil a "persona non grata". It created a controversy over there. Knox always on the spot reacting with ez.
One of the reasons why EZ Mil became viral is because of his track "Panalo" and one of the lines mentioned there was "Nanalo na ako nung mula pa na "pinugutan" (beheaded) si Lapu (Lapu-lapu, a historical figure who fought against Spaniards way back) sa Mactan (The place where the battle happened)
The irony is he's promoting (kind of?) patriotism but that line struck most of the Filipinos because it's inaccurate. He was never beheaded in the first place. May it be figuratively or literally but most of our folks did not appreciate the line.
And to add to another point, at some part of the same track where he said:
Kung inakala mong isang lenggwahe
Lang kayang gamitin ni Ez Mil
(If you thought that Ez Mil can only speak one language)
La kang mapapala kung ganyan ka
Magisip kay bathala ka sisingil

This part right here he already admitted that is a BS bars but the folks on the internet did not let it slip.
If you ask me, this is his answer to a lot of things such as:
Crab mentality of rappers
People who's chirping at him (either people at the internet or gossips he might've heard)
And to show off that he became viral not only because of the track (with or without the controversies that goes with it)
And one last thing I want to add is I never liked that track solely because of the stuff I said right here. Almost all of his songs I loved it but his song Panalo leaves a bad aftertaste (if that make sense)
Please correct me if I'm wrong because this is just mostly stock knowledge given the fact that the track was released pretty much a long time ago. This is just a rough translation feel free to give feedback.
The tagalog part is him representing Olongapo "2200" but majorty of it is for him talking sh*ts about those people criticizing his controversial "Panalo" Song and these local rappers in the Philippines dissing him for his inaccuracy in our history and just because of his skin..
