It's all preference in the end. You can go ahead and scrape at every bump, but I'd rather be able to lift the car, drive it around town, and take care of my vehicle while still being able to slam it. I have an 05 Echo RS hatch, and I grabbed a set of TEIN springs primarily because coilovers were $700 more for my car! Seeing as she will only see the track maybe one day a month, I think that will do until I reach the limits of what she can take. Then again, I'm pretty sure I can push those limits further with a better tire set-up before I would really benefit from coilovers.
I'm running lowering springs on my drag car for now I guess once I maxed out my performance out put from engine I'll start with weight reduction on my current set up.

I bought my 05 mini with lowering springs already on it and while it sits at a good height, it just has to much rake for me and some really odd camber in it because of that. So I’m going to buy some budget ass coilovers for it when I get some cash so I can start the long process of dialing in the car.

Like to scrape the bottom of your car on anything larger than an egg roll? Like getting compliments on your car from total strangers who are also rocking your car, (after you begged) when you get hung on the parking lot dip? Get lowering springs! Cheap? Cut them!!! Especially, If you like to bounce up and down like ice in a cocktail shaker. Want to let frame with bone of those issues get bags. The only way bags fail are rubbing from improper clearancing and overpressuring which NO ONE who knows what they are doing Would DO.
Got a question or more like need a suggestion. I did a little bit of research but didn’t had an answer so might as well ask an expert. is there a good supension for a car (‘05 ford focus) that can be used on offroad or gravel roads ? Or is stock is just as good?
That depends on what you wanna do. If you know the spring rate of your car and all you want to do is lower it for a nice fitment....then probably springs. Mind you, you lose the versatility of coilovers and the ability to adjust it to your liking.
I am looking for tein flex z with edfc active pro, beacause I am looking for something more performance oriented but I asked me a long time of air would not be nice to for my daily. Maybe one time I will get an answer.
I’m running lowering springs eibach pro kit I’m pretty disappointment. I basically lowered it about only 1 1/4 bumps and bumpy road it does not ride good feeling pissed with eibach you would think 1.2 & 1.3 in the back And I got eibach shocks you would think it will still be riding good over bumps and bumpy road

Kou-Lai Chang I wish I knew man, I’m new to all of this. I’m only 24. 🤣
Unless you’re willing to go through stressful wiring then get a shop to do it. Saves you headache and it’ll be worth the money trust me. I want to do an install but the height sensors and wiring/lines scare me so I might have a shop do it. Better done right the first time then having to redo it multiple times
Nick Tank Respect your answer, I live in Boston. I’m afraid of my tank fucking freezing or something, I’ve heard of people that use antifreeze liquid.
what is the best coilovers to use for a hyundai genesis 3.8 ultimate?
What’re the best springs for a Kia Forte? I hate being able to fist my fenders
I passed out a little after seeing blood and now the video is on minute 7
Damn Alex hope you feel better, Air Suspension to get that right Fitment, dope informational vid !

Fitment Industries I love the channel the real definition of a supportive TH-cam Channel, are real interacting with your subscribers. Makes me feel at home when I get notifications from you guys. I’m your #1 Sub tho, I don’t miss a beat !!!
Cheap coilovers 😜 and I don’t regret it, stock was so bouncy and it looked horrible , I could get my whole foot in the arch gaps
what are your thoughts on Fortune-Auto coilovers? specifically the 500 series?
What's the red wheel on the far left? (Not on the wall). Looks great
Every time you have insane Wheels behind you! Yell is what they are!!! Please XD
Is it a good idea for me to lower my only car? I daily an 86 and ive been planning to get tein coilovers as a first mod but since its a daily i still want it to be reasonably comfortable... am i able to get a good low fitment and still be comfortable or is it going to be a compromise? Should i just get lowering springs or should i do a different first real mod?
Running function and form type 2s. (More adjustable than type 1s) and I adore them. Just me in the car? Make it stiff af. Got the woman and baby make it soft as a cloud
What the red rim under the navy blue rim name called
Very good chance im wrong but they kind of look like Rotiform BLQ maybe?
@@jarredmacaulay3764 thank you your correct
What's the navy blue rim?
Hre 101 lightweight maybe
Whoa that looks like RTR 5
Hey fitment! I just want a comfortable ride with my 15s mags and not lowering it do i still get coilovers? Is it worth it if you just want comfortable ride?or just buy another kind
Ya boy about get D2 RS coilovers on my 9th gen si
Like to scrape the bottom of your car on anything larger than an egg roll? Like getting compliments on your car from total strangers who are also rocking your car, (after you begged) when you get hung on the parking lot dip? Get lowering springs! Cheap? Cut them!!! Especially, If you like to bounce up and down like ice in a cocktail shaker. Want to let frame with bone of those issues get bags. The only way bags fail are rubbing from improper clearancing and overpressuring which NO ONE who knows what they are doing Would DO.
Maybe we can see a video dedicated specifically to raceland primo coilovers in the future?
i want bags but so many horror stories about leaks makes me want to get a nice set of coils
Alex , u inadvertently gave yourself a new nickname STITCHES
I take my car to the track road course. I’m debating BC or KW any suggestions
What's the blue ish wheel to the left of his head? I kind of like it and wanna look at a set of them for my Subaru
Got a question or more like need a suggestion. I did a little bit of research but didn’t had an answer so might as well ask an expert. is there a good supension for a car (‘05 ford focus) that can be used on offroad or gravel roads ? Or is stock is just as good?
Absolutely, We would love to help you! Just shoot us an email with your question to shop@fitmentindustries.com and we can answer that for you!
do a videos on the most bang for your buck tires so grip to all tread were or best looking or affordable semi slicks
Are Eibach ok, I’ve heard that’s really good and read it is? Thought about getting some eibach.
I'm running eibach lowering springs. My girlfriend couldn't tell that the ride changed. I like them
Currently running Airrunner x Airlift x Tdemand x SSR
I have a 08 Lexus GS350, and I'm thinking about lowering it but i don't have money for bags lmao springs or coil overs?
That depends on what you wanna do. If you know the spring rate of your car and all you want to do is lower it for a nice fitment....then probably springs. Mind you, you lose the versatility of coilovers and the ability to adjust it to your liking.
I am looking for tein flex z with edfc active pro, beacause I am looking for something more performance oriented but I asked me a long time of air would not be nice to for my daily.
Maybe one time I will get an answer.
Shoot us an email and we can help you out 👍 shop@fitmentindustries.com
@@FitmentIndustries I send u pics when my MX5 Nb 10AE is on tein flex with ND 17" wheels it would be nice
Sooo the new Revel Touring Sport Damper or the Tanabe Sustec Pro Comfort R on my G37 Coupe? Stock isnt great.
