Yes. Dragon Install lasts for about 10 seconds (if Sol is airborne after 10 seconds, it ends once he lands). Sol will be briefly immobilized and tension gauge turns 0. It's probably only good for ending a round that you are confident enough to take out your opponents' remaining health, assuming they wouldn't Burst out of your combo.
@@YXiao As it is now, Dragon Install’s risks far outweigh the rewards because of the stun penalty. But if they take out the stun penalty, DI would be so OP...

I've never liked playing the main character in fighting games, but Sol and his Dragon Install is just too sick not to play every once in a while.
I play Sol sometimes because of this.
