If the property deed did redeem back to Claudia's hands then why did Blake keep the paper for? He didn't hand it back to Claudia before he got back in the car.

When Claudia and Matthew when she was pregnant she named her baby as Baby Matthew. And when Fallon and Jeff Colby they named their baby as L B Colby. My full name is Bradley Matthew Brown as Baby Matthew. But if it’s Matthew Blaisdel Jr has to be my half younger brother. Blake didn’t know that I have a half younger brother back then.
