i read the manga of this, i actually love it, when the anime was anouced i was losing my mind, and one interesting thing is the MCs VAs are first timers in voicing a main character, so it will be interesting.
The two main characters are incredibly relatable in their own way, which makes me like them both a lot without getting to know them too much, can't wait for more!
I love this manga, it quickly became one of my favorites. Didn't know it had such a weird translated name in english, the literal translation would be something like ''this dress-up doll falls in love'' Being that the VAs are first timers for mc roles i'm really looking forwards to what they're capable of.
After the first episode I went ahead and did the same I did for both Tonikawa and Horimiya before meaning I binged all the available manga chapters in one day and I can already with 100% certainty say that the spot for best girl of 2022 WILL go to Marin Kitagawa.
She will 100% lose to kaguya because kaguya sama season 3 will blow up, but it's gonna be close because in the second half of this season marin will win a lot of people

Marin is best girl of the season and if she was a little older wife material and Gojo if he was a little older is husband material! i just finished chapter 35 and it is sooo good!!! Also, Marin's is very cultured!!!! As the series goes on most of the Ecchi is played for laughs making Gojo embarrassed and such and makes sense plot-wise for the most part ("plot" joke not intended!). Also she changed into the cosplay right there, she probably had it with her to work on the sewing machine there so that's why she had it with her edit: also all the girls holding hands with Gojo in the OP are Marin

In some shows skipping the opening is the way to go though, due to how many spoilers are contained in the opening, Shonen especially like Black Clover, better to go back and watch openings later.

I really hope this anime can continue to build on this first episode well because its great

Yes! I didnt know you were gonna react to this! After watching the first ep i caught up with the manga with one day. The only thing i don't like about this show are the random fan services other than that its really good
Marin is great. I love her enthusiasm but also that she doesn't seem to judge the interests of others. Unfortunately I can relate to Gojo's sad, lonely demeanor. Sometimes we gotta put ourself out there to make friends, people like Marin don't always drop in our laps. I look forward to learning more about Marin's friends. They have to be awesome - it's clear that Marin wouldn't be friends with lousy people.
Fun Fact: Kitagawa Marin's seiyuu the lovely Suguta Hina is the guitarist for the real-life all-female rock band called Morfonica in the Bang Dream franchise where she also voiced another gyaru character named Kirigaya Touko. Just as an FYI, the introductionary landing doesn't happen in the manga. It is more as if she stumbles into him off screen. Other than that, the show seems pretty accurate to what happens in the manga. I love it. =)
I highly recommend the best K-drama 'The Red Sleeve', which marked the end of 2021. "The Red Sleeves" is a beautiful true story of the love between a king and a court lady.📺😢👍
