Too late to help, but: Lower the lift arms, hook the tow chains on the mower to the lift rams, raise lift arms until it is level enough to detach, adjust height using the lift arms to attach jack. attach lower and remove chains. From a kid raised on a ranch, happens more than ya think.

Daniel, I will pass along the advice my friend who worked with Gale Banks developing the diesel performance system told me when I purchased my first diesel motorhome. Counter intuitive to what we do with a gasoline motor, a diesel runs cooler when it is lugged than when it is revved. So when it begins to heat, he always said, run it in the next highest gear. Always worked pulling grades in my diesel bus conversion, so you may want to try that. But that is from the "for what it's worth" department of useless information I learned.
I think the success in the presentation of your content and amount of subscribers you have accumulated speaks to how and what you create and dispaly on this channel .I’m not sure addressing complaints is benificial but again it’s your channel and continued success which you will have.

Check in to having it bent back up an rewelded...When you showed us the bend, the bead (weld) didn't look good...Have a certified welder weld the top and underneath...Then have him weld flatiron on top and underneath, at the area of the bend...Love the content...Subscribed for the longrun...

My tractor would run about an hour and overheat. Did several things to try to fix it. No luck. Sent radiator off to be recored and got a new water pump. In the process of putting it back together. Fingers crossed the problem is fixed. Love you guys❤️

I met you in Louisville Ky. at the tractor show. I just asked my husband and he said to check your thermostat, it could be stuck and also the fan and check your fuses or it could be a bad sensor. You talk about whatever you want to. If people have a problem with it, they can start their own channel. I think your smart, funny, and entertaining, I also love that you find work fun. There are so few of us that do!
I do not share your religious beliefs, will be voting for “that woman”, but at 71, I have learned that I can appreciate all the good qualities I see and hear from your familywithout agreeing on everything. Heck I even learned to understand your hunting and for me that is huge. Different strokes and all that. I’m no mechanic but I remember my Dad having a problem with a motor overheating while towing. He put an oversized radiator in and probably a few hoses. That took care of the problem and he was even able to tow in the mountains.
Daniel, what I'm going to recommend for the 574 overheating is to switch to #1 diesel... I know it do;t make sense... But my JD 2440 was always over heating.... I then reread the owner's manual which stated use ONLY #1 diesel,,, overheating stopped. As to the hitch.... that looks like weld without any penetration. Typical for a mig welder that the material has not been prepared... hope this helps
Be sure and check your antifreeze and make sure it's good because it's very important in the cooling process for your tractor. I use to work as a mechanic at a Kubota dealership and I've seen many overheating problems solved by replacing the antifreeze with a good 50/50 mixture.
Hey Daniel, about your tractor running to hot. It absolutely should not be overheating, pulling that mower. It might be a good idea to check and see if the thermostat may be stuck and not opening like it should. If you want to check to see if its working, take it out and put it in a pan of cold water and put it on your stove and turn on the burner and watch to see if it opens as the water heats up. If I were you, I would probably just get a new thermostat from the dealer and replace it. By the way, I'm an old farm boy, and I love your big tractor, but I would also want a cab on it.
Daniel, no one, other than you, has any "say-so" about what your videos consist of! Perhaps that's bad grammar, but I think it gets my point across (also not good grammar). You are the channel creator, and you've had phenomenal success. I've always subscribed to the "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" principle. May God continue to bless you and yours always.
So my rancher husband walked in as you were looking at that hitch. He said the weld is not good on there. Only some spot weld on the top but it is hardly connected to the bottom part which is at an angle below. We understand your woes! Been dealing with over heating and AC in our 4230. Replaced the water pump, not cheap! Replaced fuses. Now going to get new switches. Is never a dull moment, right?!

Love your channel, its such a blessing to see a good family unit You dont need to replace the drawbar just get it welded up properly, those welds have not been done right, there needs to be some prep done the way its welded its just a bit on the surface with no penetration. As for over heating it looks like there is a air block not letting the coolant flow properly. The car I own does the same after a coolant change.
I like the old dump truck. Used to drive one. Only issue i had was the brakes. No worries people in cars who cut you off help you slow down 😂 seriously, the trucks need to be well greased, make dure the wiring is good. The old man i bought one from kept me at his place all day showing me how to maintain it by actually doing it at his shop otherwise he wasnt going to sell it to me. Best education ever.

My tractor had the same issue. I used some cleaner for home air-conditioning systems on the radiator. Problem solved

My tractor would run about an hour and overheat. Did several things to try to fix it. No luck. Sent radiator off to be recored and got a new water pump. In the process of putting it back together. Fingers crossed the problem is fixed. Love you guys❤️

I met you in Louisville Ky. at the tractor show. I just asked my husband and he said to check your thermostat, it could be stuck and also the fan and check your fuses or it could be a bad sensor. You talk about whatever you want to. If people have a problem with it, they can start their own channel. I think your smart, funny, and entertaining, I also love that you find work fun. There are so few of us that do!

I’m no mechanic but I remember my Dad having a problem with a motor overheating while towing. He put an oversized radiator in and probably a few hoses. That took care of the problem and he was even able to tow in the mountains.
Daniel, what I'm going to recommend for the 574 overheating is to switch to #1 diesel... I know it do;t make sense... But my JD 2440 was always over heating.... I then reread the owner's manual which stated use ONLY #1 diesel,,, overheating stopped. As to the hitch.... that looks like weld without any penetration. Typical for a mig welder that the material has not been prepared... hope this helps
Drawbar needs to be further into slide, so end is pushing up on bottom of tractor, puts less stress on metal where it broke. 😊😊😊
Be sure and check your antifreeze and make sure it's good because it's very important in the cooling process for your tractor. I use to work as a mechanic at a Kubota dealership and I've seen many overheating problems solved by replacing the antifreeze with a good 50/50 mixture.
Hey Daniel, about your tractor running to hot. It absolutely should not be overheating, pulling that mower. It might be a good idea to check and see if the thermostat may be stuck and not opening like it should. If you want to check to see if its working, take it out and put it in a pan of cold water and put it on your stove and turn on the burner and watch to see if it opens as the water heats up. If I were you, I would probably just get a new thermostat from the dealer and replace it. By the way, I'm an old farm boy, and I love your big tractor, but I would also want a cab on it.

So my rancher husband walked in as you were looking at that hitch. He said the weld is not good on there. Only some spot weld on the top but it is hardly connected to the bottom part which is at an angle below. We understand your woes! Been dealing with over heating and AC in our 4230. Replaced the water pump, not cheap! Replaced fuses. Now going to get new switches. Is never a dull moment, right?!

You dont need to replace the drawbar just get it welded up properly, those welds have not been done right, there needs to be some prep done the way its welded its just a bit on the surface with no penetration. As for over heating it looks like there is a air block not letting the coolant flow properly. The car I own does the same after a coolant change.

I like the old dump truck. Used to drive one. Only issue i had was the brakes. No worries people in cars who cut you off help you slow down 😂 seriously, the trucks need to be well greased, make dure the wiring is good. The old man i bought one from kept me at his place all day showing me how to maintain it by actually doing it at his shop otherwise he wasnt going to sell it to me. Best education ever.
